Ht. 5'3", Wt. 202 - I am pretty much obsessed with weighing every day . . . and I want to stop cause every time I gain weight I get depressed =( and every day I mess up on my diet, like if I snack alot or eat too many sweets, I gain weight. So what's a good way to were I can stop weighing every day??? I have gone a week without before, but then I start weighing every day again. . . and I know that's a sign of anorexia, so I REALLY want to stop, any advice???

i put my scale in the kitchen right where everyone will see it so i cant weight myself without everyone asking "whats it say" which is totally embarrassing. plus i found that it helps when you want to eat....like i will get into the fridge then like glance over to the side and see the scale and realize that the numbers on the thing arent going to get better if i eat something in there. i dont know....just an idea
