for love handles i would have to say crunches and side crunches ..but its not easy i use to do 100 on each side then 200 frontwards..it works but its a every morning every night thing..

Just regular cardio. At least 30 minutes a day of something that gets your heart pumping and you sweating, like jogging, biking, dancing, swimming, fast walking etc. Combine that with healthy eating, lots of water and some weight training if your into it and your garenteed to see results. Its really that simple. =)
