Ht. 5'1, Wt. 165 - Today was good so far... Granola bar juice-- gold fish peanut butter sandwhich orange--(about 600)-- so TECHNICALLY im allowed to have 600 more calories...We are having pizza, I think I'll have a slice(400.?) and also salad.

Don't worry, what you ate was not that bad. Goldfish are an okay snack seeing as there is not that many calories in them and they are low fat! Peanutbutter has a lot of protein in it too. Try adding some veggies next time, and some meat.. unless you don't like meat. I hate when people write on here that other people ate horrible or write comments like that, it just seems so rude. well good luck!

try cutting out the pizza and peanut butter sandwich.. I dont think today was a very good day for u.. that sounds fattening.but keep going!

Actually that's not bad. She got grains, fruit, protein from the peanut butter...that's not too bad although with the pizza for dinner shouldn't be an everyday thing obviously. Congrats&&good luck. <3

losing weight is not only cutting back calories it's eating nutrioutious, u did have a small amount of calories but the food u ate was horrible for u, they had astudy of people who ate hte same amount of cals but one group had nutrition and that group dropped a lot more. trust me eat more wholegrains, leanproteins, calcium, and fruits and veggies, ur whole day practically all u had have is grains. u need more of everything.
