Ht. 5'10, Wt. 220 - Well I was 285 pounds when I began eating healthy and exercising regularly in september 2005. I now weigh 220 pounds right on for a total weight loss of 65 pounds. I must say if you stick to eating well everyday and exercise atleast 5 times a week it will really pay off in due time, you cant expect to see body change results in 1 month. I started to notice my belly and back toning up more and getting smaller after like 4 months of my diet.
Anyway good luck everyone, keep exercising, eating right and drink lots of water :p
