Ht. 5ft9, Wt. 198 Goal 150/160 - I'm not even joking my boobs are flipping huge and I hate them!
are there any stretches i can do to kinda tone them?? seeing as bvecuase they;re all big they sag?

I feel your pain. I was so overweight at such a young age that my breasts just grew and grew until I was 14-15 years old with upper back problems because they were so heavy. Do lots of cardio with some weight lifting for 1/2 hour every day. You'll be amazed at the difference.

gosh ur only 14 and u have the same problem as me and i'm 19! bring ur arms shoulder level and make them into a 90 degree angle, pull them back towards ur back and hold for 10 seconds, and bring them in front of u so ur arms r crossing and hold for 10 seconds. keep doing that til ur arms r gonna fall off. hope it works for u.
