Ht. 5ft 8, Wt. 242 - OkAy.. so0o i think i did pretty good today but i'm not real shure.. for breakfast i had a piece of toast(white breaD) w/ a little butter.. and a big glass of water.. for lunch i had a campbell's chicken noodle at hand.. and a small piece of sausage+bout 23 crackers and a fruit jello pack(90 cals.).. for super i had a medium bowl of hamburger helper and 3 pickles.. and for snack i had another fruitjellow pak.. (90 cals).. i did 20 situps today and plan on doing some other working exercises.. please give ur input
