Ht. 5'5, Wt. 155 - today all i have had to eat was a little bit of carrots and ranch dressing, and a wheat bread/ and turkey sandwhich, and i exercise, but i'm still not losing weight? any suggestions?

u have 2 eat more..u have slowed ur metabolism down!

try adding lots of fruits, vegetables and water, because thats not enough food. i know some days you dont really want to eat, just have fruits, some have no cals, some have little cals Good luck, and how long do you exercise a day...try to do 30-60 minutes of a heart pumping workout, biking, jogging, dancing.
