Ht. 5'7, Wt. TMI - It may seem corny or funny, maybe even weird, but I LOVE the richard simmons videos, and now I have one of his DvD LOL. Its just good dancing and it gets you moving. Its just so easy, I mean who doesnt dance? When you can turn something you do for fun into something that is going to benefit you, it's just awesome!

I like groovin in the house there is one part in the video where the song is "hot, hot, hot" and he is like "ooohhh it's getting hot in here because the guys have arrived!" He's a gay man. LOL sorry I just had to say that.
