Ht. 5'6, Wt. 235 - LADIES- do you weigh more when you are on your period?
because I've been dieting, going to curves and running everyday for almost a week now, and you know this because ive been updating everyday....and it says i gained 5 pounds!!!!
it hasnt been a week yet but yeah.
then i just started my period yesterday.... so is that why?
but then i thought i heard something about working out while you are on your period makes you lose twice as much?!
i dont know

u go up on ur period temporarely, but it's just cause u retain water during ur period

How much does curves called my doctor said it was ok and do they help u what diting food wise??

Oh, and one more thing. Don't weigh yourself constantly because if you don't lose weight it'll just discourage you! Weigh yourself like one a week.

Yeah, you do weigh more when you are on your period for some reason. But don't worry- the weight should not matter it's how you look. No one else will know your weight. It could be that you are gaining muscle from working out at curves! =)

Its very common for someone to gain weight during there period. Its probally just water weight. Try not to weigh yourself during ur period or a week after, because of this. Weight loss takes time and you shouldnt be weighing yourself a few times a week. Try every other week.
