Ht. 5'2", Wt. 230 - I am so depressed right now. Me and my daughter were staying with my daughters dad for the past few days and I was eating junk food. I came back home today to the same problems as before. All I do at home is yell and fight. I hate it because I don't want my almost 5 month old daughter to see me when i'm mad/sad. I did 900situps earlier, I was going for 1000 but I started doing my hair then got into arguing. I can't wait until I lose all this weight so my daughters daddy will want to be with me and i'll say no because you played me, yada, yada, yada...carry on.

what your losing weight for is a really good reason. but you should do it for your daughter, not revenge though once you lose if I were you I would shove it into that guy's face. well, good luck!

yah, and think about what will taste better... eating that cookie being thin and turning down your ex?
take it one day at a time.
and also, try putting cardio in with your crunches, like running, an aerobics class, kickboxing, etc.

well heres my advice
whenever u feel like eating junkfood just think about how much u care about your daughter and that you want to be happy. same with exercise.. if u dont want to, think about it how much you want to be thin.. and another thing, whenever u eat ur meals, make sure that you eat things that fill you up easily.. so u dont feel the need to eat junk all the time
