Ht. 5'5, Wt. 215-220 - Hello everyone I am currently dieting and I have the eating healthy part down I just need some tips on exercising that burns a lot of calories and keep your heartrate up. Im not that out of shape I can do pretty much anything but just not as good as a fit person. But anyway my goal weight is 150 lbs but for now I just wanna lose my first 30 pounds or so by the end of the school year which is June. So can someone just give me some exercises to do to help me acheieve my goal. Pleaz & ThankYou

Woa!! Turn up the music, and start dancing!! It burns tons of calories. Dance In front of a mirror with your undies on....... yippeee its so fun!!!!

Do what you like to best! If you like walking, walk a few miles everyday. If you enjoy running or riding your bike, do those things! As long as you get out there and move and get that heart pumping and your pulse up, you're doing good. Good luck!
