Ht. 5'6, Wt. N:270 G:160 - Ugh, you guys know when you have a day that you binge, my binges aren't drastic anymore but I had about 500 bad cals. A bag of chips and a tiny piece of cake. I always have my slips but I dont gain because I try to balance it out at dinner. I hate this, there are so many other options for me to snack on but I ate chips and cake. In all today I had 600 cals so far. Im happy to say I dont gain from my binges. I lost another 2 pounds I need to lose like 6 more to get to this months goal. I bike for about 45 minutes a day, should I do more? please respond

alternate your bike riding with other things, or shorten your bike riding time and do other things to add up a total ammount of 45 minutes of excercise per day- that's a good ammount. come on just eat healthy, it's easy really.
