Ht. 5'6, Wt. 235 - god! im so mad at myself! I didnt have time to stay at curves today so i only did about half of it...and then i didnt have time to run either! then i had one of those weight watchers meals, but it was gross so i only ate half of it...and then a jelloe cup....THENNN i had potato chips! like a few handfuls too! i just had a really big craving so i figured id let myself have a few..but then once i started i couldnt stop! goddd, and im on my period and so now im even more bloated (period + salty foods= major bloating) salkjdalskjdasd i feel so bad! ive been doing fine all week and then today sucked. but tommorrows my first day of my second week...so yeah. I'm going to attempt to force my self to run a mile tonight and then eat a healthy dinner. maybe that will make up for it. godd i need to lose weight so bad!! i HATE being fat!

If you know (since you've been dieting) that you don't give it your all the way 100% then do a little harder tommorow. I don't know your exercise plan but if you do 50situps instead do like 70..I think you get the idea.
