Ht. 5'5", Wt. 145.5 - what's a good waist size? lol i dont want to rely only on the scale i want to measure in inches too so i can track my progress in more than one way. i've already lost an inch and a half in my waist but idk how much more i need to lose. it went from 32.5 to 31 inches

ur waste is suppost to be twice the measurement around ur neck. but idk cause twice around my neck is 24 and my waste is 28
