Ht. 5'4, Wt. 153 - hey everyone.....im taylor and 153 pounds. I am about 5'4 and feel horrible about myself. It seems like ive tried everything to loose weight. i cant seem to stick to any diet. I eat huge portions and cant control my sweet cravings....i give in every time! Can someone help me and give me any advice possible?

For example I weight 213 pounds and I still am a cheerleader. (Varsity). Everybody told me I wouldn't make but I believed in myself and made it. All you have to do is believe!
