Ht. 5'5, Wt. 215 - Hey everyone I just wanted someone to let me know if doing aerobics twice a day for about an hour in total is good and also walking to and from the bus stop everyday and also having a dance class eevryday will help me lose 30 pounds by June. And also the eating healthy part ofcourse. PLEAZ TELL ME IF YOU THINK I CAN DO THIS.

Yeah you can definatley do it! And, walking anywhere is a small amout of excersize, anything we do is. Just do not expect to get all of the excersize you need just doing normal stuff. Good luck!

Yeah, that sounds good exept for the walking to and from the bus part- you didn't need to mention that it's not really excercise it's just what mostly everyone does every day!

exercise isnt everything. you have to watch what u eat to. focus on portion control and keep track of everything u eat and drink
