Ht. 5'4", Wt. 160 - this is what i had to eat today, i had a bagel with jelly on it for breakfast, a yogurt, a water bottle, less then half of a semi-big choholate chip cookie, and 2 grahm crakers for lunch, and 6 fish sticks[220 calories?] for dinner since i cant eat meat today because of Lent. i just went on a 30 minute jog around my neighborhood, mopped my kitchen floor, vaccumed, and cleaned by room, i did 20 situps just a minute ago, and i am going to do 20 more before i go in the shower since i will like smell from all this exercise =] LOL, did i do good for a day? because i still feel like i am eating to much. but it might just be my mind. please write back =] <3
