Ht. 5'4'', Wt. goal 120 - sup people??? well anyways here is what i ate for the day cup of cheerios w/o milk, kudos bar, 1/2 tuna sandwich, bagel w/ cream cheese, top ramon<--- is that ok? oh and for the week i lost 4 lbs

You ate no fruits or vegetables, so yeah I'd say you did really bad sorry but I'm trying to help here. =) Next time add fruits and vegetables, and a bagel is equal to 5 servings of bread (I learned that in super size me it's a fact!) But gosh....
