Ht. 5'6, Wt. 169 GOAL:130 - I am sober from bread, fast food, beef/pork,pasta,basically I have given up those things, all I eat is wraps,salad,veggies,fruit,slimfast,special K, tuna and sumtimes turkey deli meat in my wrap. I have done this for a week and lost like 6lbs.. I have been on the treadmill a bit aswell.. By doing this how long do u think it will take to lose 39 more lbs if I have already lost 5 lbs in the first week.. PLZ REPLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thats fantastic! Bread is apparently reLLY BAD FOR YOU, SO I'M GONNA GIVE IT UP TOO, SOZ ABOUT CAPS THERE LOL 6bs onb your first weeks is absoloutly brilliant, and i hered you always do better on your second week anyway!

i do have some carbs.. I have cereal and tortillas are my wraps

your body HAS to have some carbs to survive. im not sayin ur gonna die or nothin, but its a necassary ingrediant to have. all you need to do is get 100g of carbs per day. thats enough, and eating that will help you lost weight. & only eat WHOLE WHEAT bread, tortillas,bagles,cereal, ect. white bread is enriched wheat, and that is a bad carb that will could cause you to gain weight. too much of anything is bad.
