Ht. 5'6, Wt. 169 - Hey!!! How do you think I did today?????
For breaky I had slimfast, for a snack I had a bowl of special K, For lunch I had slimfast, for a snack i had low-fat yogurt.For dinner I had a organic wrap,with sum turkey deli meat and a lil bit of cheese, with carrots and grapes.. I drank a fair amount of water... I went for a half hour walk, did 30 mins on the exercise bike, and did weights for 15 mins... How do you think I did???PLZ REPLY!!!!!!!!!!! thx

Good job :)! You don't have to add more vegetables, if you wanted you could but your doing good otherwise!!
