Ht. 6.2, Wt. was 305 now 215 - How do you think i did today. One instanst breakfast with skim milk + added whey protein for breakfast. Worked out and came home and ate some salmon and a whey protein shake.

i'm not a doctor or anything...but it seems like you're getting a lot of protein and not a lot of fruits or vegetables...

Hey i think you did a good job, you just don't wanna eat really little cuz then your body doesn't get all the stufff you need
