Ht. 5'1'', Wt. 197 - Hey I'm doing good with my diet..I cheated a little this weekend but it's nothing to worry to much about. I need tips on how to not give in to cravings. Please tell me what use do. Thanks!

Excersize will help your diet and get your mind off of food! After that, eat a piece of fruit to fuel yourself a bit.

Try to snack on fruit that you like to eat to get rid of cravings and also drink water or chew sugarless gum if you want.

well when it comes to cravings dont try to stop the craving just eat whatever u r wanting til u cant eat it anymore. i know ur prolly thinking i'm nuts but it works.
