Reply from nicole, Age 16 - 03/12/06 - IP#: 68.104.116.xxx my personal trainer said that you are supposed to weigh yourself in the morning- you have nothing in your system to add extra weight. if you weigh yourself during the day after youve eaten, the scale will show that you weigh more than you really do
Reply from Sarah, Age 19 - 03/12/06 - IP#: 12.203.133.xxx then i have no clue y ur scale is all loopy. it might just need to be reset. and also when u weight urself - wieght urself around the same time everytime. like say monday u wiegh urself at 4:30pm thats after u get out of school, after lunch, before supper; then on say friday weigh urself at like (if u dont remember 4:30pm) 3:00pm or at the latest 5:00pm. hope i've helped u some.

The best time to weight yourself is in the morning after you used the restroom and before breakfast so your system can be empty it also helps to remove some items of clothing. If you do this then you will get your accurate weight. Never weigh yourself after a meal and also make sure your scale is on a flat surface like in the bathroom not on carpet.
