Ht. 5'7", Wt. 243 - ok with me being 19 and 5'7", right now i am 243 pounds, approximately what wieght do u think i would have to be to get down to sizes like 14/16 in pants? right now i wear like 20/22, somedays even 24/26! help me! please.

Well with youe height you can be a size 14/16 at like 180-190.

i was an easy 14/16 when i was 150-160lbs. right now i'm 5'6" and 194lbs, but i now wwear size 16-18's. ergh
