Ht. 5'6, Wt. 169 - Hi, I weighed myself a couple houre before dinner and I weighed 169. Then I weighed myself after dinner. I weighed 171 How come???? Is it because I just eight and it's digesting? or it's water weight, coz I drak lots of water at dinner? Will my weight be back at 169 tomorrow? plz REPLY!!!!!!!

Your weight fluctuates throughout the day so you should weight yourself once a week, around the same time :). I used to be SO obsessed with stepping on the scale constantly lol

two resons u just ate and u weigh more earlyier in the day than later in the day

Always try to weigh yourself only in the morning before breakfast this is when you will get ur accurate weight and you should be back to normal. Morning is the best timebecause theres no food in your body thats digesting an your not bloated.

u can NOT weigh urself just before AND just after dinner. u will weigh more just AFTER dinner cause u did just eat. the best time to wiegh urself is when u get up before u eat breakfast. and prolly also about an hour before u go to bed.
