Ht. 5'4", Wt. 159 G:125 - is having a bowl of Cherrios for breakfast, with 1% milk, and having a yogurt [light], and a water bottle for lunch, and having no more than 500 calories for dinner, this is my goal for tomorrow..its not a lot because i dont start school tomorrow until 10:10am because of testing so yea, i also have gym tomorrow in school, so i will exercise then, and again after i finish my homework. is this a pretty good plan, bc if it is then i might stick with it, and if i do have any "snacks" then they would be 100 calorie packs instead of the little debbie's. so do you guys think this is good?

Sounds very good to me. Why not add a little more to your lunch though?

yeah with ur lunch along with the yogurt and bottled water why not have like some baby veggies and slices of fruit. i mean just yogurt wont fill u up likeat all and it seriously wont give u any energy.
