Ht. 5'7, Wt. 185ish - iight, ery day i dont eat breakfast or lunch , instead when i get home from skoo i usualy have a snack, like some pringles or whatever, and a soda, then eat dinner later in the night.. Is this good since i dont eat bfst or lnch, i mean i dont do this for a diet, this is just what i been doin.. should i just not have the snack or am i still ok with havin it.. iight lemme kno thanks.. ima keep doin that this week and next week im goin on an intense workout plan lol wana lose like 30-40 lbs.. lata

Instea dof skipping breakfast and lunch, and eating so late it would have been ok, to not eat dinner, especially late. You could have just gotten a piece of fruit or something, And still ate breakfats in Lunch W/ a snack!

That is like not good at all- you know what they say You have to eat all your breakfast, at least have of your lunch, and you can skip dinner! Don't eat so late either- NO EATING PAST 8pm <3 SoCcErSweeTiE

Its very bad to skip meals because It may cause you to over eat later in the day and if you dont like eating try to eat small meals but never Starve !

Its not good u dont eat breakfast. you know they say breakfast is the most important meal of the day??? thats really true I stopped eating breakfast and gained more than I lost.
