Reply from snazzychick*, Age 14 - 03/14/06 - IP#: 67.5.205.xxx you could eat some more food than that. try adding whole wheat and vegetables. for example this days meal would be better for you i'd think: breakfast- a bowl of healthy cereal, orange; lunch- caesar salad, carrots w/ low fat ranch dressing; dinner- baked chicken, green breans, and a cup of milk (2%, 1% or skim)
