Ht. 5'7", Wt. 243 - gosh today i had a bowl of cereal for lunch, a bowl for a snack after my nap, and a just had a bowl of chili for dinner. yea i skipped breakfast - i wasnt hungry!

yeh.. if u dnt eat regularly and healthily u might just retain fat. nt a gd idea to skip meals either considering it makes u put on weight more often then nt. try cereal 4 breakfast with semi-skimmed milk and a piece of fruit, fruit and a sandwhich ( watever filling)4 lunch., and a healthy tea like jket potato, chicken and rice etc. fruit fr snacks, no fizzy drinks etcetc i lost 6 pounds in 3 days doing this !x
