Ht. 5'2", Wt. 230 - I was thinking, losing 10 pounds a month is pretty healthy, right? So i've almost lost 10 pounds (2lbs to go) in 2 weeks..so if I just take it slow instead of wanting it all to come off now I can lose 10 pounds each month and in 10 months i'll be 130 pounds. It sounds pretty good to me. I just don't want to lose some of the features that I like, like my chest and my butt and some of my hips. I still want to be "thick" in the right places. Is there any way I can NOT lose those? thanks =)

Well, there isnt away to not lose weight in certain parts of your body, at least not by your choice. However some ppl tend to lose weight more in certain areas, but its not because they chose which area. If you do strenghthing exercises or toning, you could work those areas a lil less and work on the main parts for you.

eat healthier, do 50 situps a day, will work wonders x aim to loose as much as god dam possible! once u reach ure right weight, ul stop loosing it anyway x
