Ht. 00, Wt. 000 - okay heres my story...my life has alot of stress in it..i wanna lose weight for me...i wanna be like everyone else..the pretty girl at the beach in a two piece...maybe just a 1 piece being comphy...i always wear shorts over my swim stuff...i perfer not to put my height and weight..i need any tips that can help..i have kind of slowly makin this decison..i started drinking mostly water and diet soda as a treat..i east a salda so lunch...my biggest problem is snacking..after school..for example today after school i had a hot pocket, bowl of ceral and chips..after walking home...i have been walking alot more two..i walk home from school a lil more now...and i want to start excerise more and be skinner by the end of summer so next year starting with the first day back of school...i want heads to turn ! and then be able to be happy...my short term goal is not to have a many snacks after school..which im starting tonight...me and my mom are going to the store to get salda and dressing i like so i lose that snack after school but she thinks i want it..i want this to be soemthing that even my parent notice..so tonight im having my fav for dinner and starting tommorrow..and advice for exercise and eating is great...should i do situps or what ?? please help

well in order for anyone to really help u - u really do need to put ur hieght and wieght. because on what u need to do to lose wieght really depends on how ur hieght and how much u wiegh.
