Ht. 5'2", Wt. 230 - So, I ate two half sandwiches today (you know, with one piece of bread, then you fold it over) anyway it consisted of: potato bread, 1 slice of turkey, and 1 slice of cheese. (keep in mind there were two of those) anyway how do you think I did today? also I did about 2 (or more) hours of walking, mostly from shopping. Thanks! =)
Reply from anne, Age 19 - 03/16/06 - IP#: 131.229.170.xxx izzy does have a great point. and yes- there is a point to eating enough so that your body can function well in the long run. your body does not just burn calories while you're exersizing, it burns calories for simple tasks like breathing, and pumping blood through your heart. you are constantly using calories that your body needs. you will burn about 2000 calories a day without exersize just by being alive and haveing a healthy muscle mass. if you do not eat enough your body starts to use muscle as energy- eating away at it to make up for what you're not giving it. note- your body will eat the muscle before it eats your stored fat so that you will look disgusting and be completely unhealthy with an extremely low metabolism if you keep that up...the truth is harsh sometimes, sorry.

Reply from Izzy, Age 13 - 03/15/06 - IP#: 68.46.182.xxx nicole, you know you don't have to starve yourself. 2 sandwhiches is not a balanced dat.look at this example: Breakfast (sorry but you gotta eat it) 1 cup of ceral like Kashi Heart to Heart 1 yogurt Lunch: tuna snadwhich apple pudding Dinner: baked chicken Alexa no trans fat fries (many flavors) and you can add a chopped-up cucumer or something if you want desert weight watchers makes BANGIN good eclairs, sundaes, and cakes and a whole bunch of stuff! this is meant to show you what it's like to balance your meals, start with 1 fruit, 1 veggie, and 2-3 calciums per day. you don't have to eat this everyday, i'm just saying.
