Ht. 5'7, Wt. 140 - has n e body heard of oxycise?..well i saw it in one of my moms magazines and its supposed 2 burn more than running or other cardio activities and u only have 2 2 it for 15 min a day!..i say its worth a try..i can do it when i cant get 2 sleep at night because u can do it in n e position! http://www.oxycise.com/Media/2006_First_Magazine.htm
