Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 179 - Guys, one last thing: does anybody know what are some good alternatives for Chinese? If they don't have steamed veggies I find myself in a rut. Anybody got tips?

if it's a chinese/japanese resturant then get sushi- it's so good for you!. if not, then beef and broccoli is suprisingly healthy in regualr protions. it has a lot of what women need...

They always have this thing called MO shu goo pan or something. You'll deffinitly see it on the menu and its very healthy.

You can ask for light sauce, if possible. Also have steamed instead of fried rice and chicken and NOT any other meat! And always try to eat stuff only on a "healthy" list.
