Ht. 5.5, Wt. 180 - I tryed just about every deit. I am ready to do this. I am actually do stuff I swim on the swim team 3x a week for an Hour and I go to the gym on tues&Thursday. I eat resanble I stay away from the junk food, and eat healthy
For breastfast I might have a slim fast drink and a orange, for Lunch I'll have a Lean Cusine meal or a South beach meal and for dinner I eat what my parents make, its usally pretty healthy
Okay WHAT AM I DOING WORNG!!!!!

How often are you weighing yourself?..because what you need to do is weigh yourself once every week or everyother week..preferably in the the morning (when there is no food or water in your stomach) and make sure its always the same time you weigh yourself each week...
waterweight could also be differentiating your weight
trust me i kno wat your going thru..but you will lose it as long as keep to it..

i'm going through the same stage as you. i started 2 weeks and 5 days ago at 184lbs, went down to 179, gained up to 182, then i went back 179.2. don't worry, just hang in there! i tired keeping a food diary it really helped me. if you want an organized one go to seventeen.com (sorry it's for gals) and then click on health and rock your body. i hope i helped, and remember we're all in this together!

it takes time for your body to adjust to health eating once it does you will start to lose weight. just stick to what ur doing and dont give up
