Ht. 5'2", Wt. 230 - 1 more pound and i've lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks and 2 days. i'm somewhat happy.

i agree with andrea but dude excuse me for saying that unless they are small 3 regular sized meals are better than 4small ones! :-)

even if ur not hungry u have 2 eat..u should have at least 4-6 meals a day including snacks..u can acctually gain weight if u only eat 1 meal a day

woah- that's realy unhealthy- you need to eat a MINIMUM od 1200 calories(and that's if your metabolism isn't high) for your body to not kick into starvation mode and start eating away at your muscles!

it's actually not too healthy..I mean I don't feel as hungry as I used to, but I just crave the taste of certain things but I don't give in..Lately i've only been eating 1 meal a day but I haven't been starving so I don't know whats up..I do A LOT of sit-us, I use can goods to lift..ect..I only drink water.

what do you mean "somewhat" happy? that's amazing progress! especially if it's being done by eating healthy and exersizing. what's the plan you're following?
