Ht. 5ft8, Wt. 242 - today i had for breakfast wheat toast with jelly(about 120 cals).. for lunch i had a peanut butter n jelly sandwhich with a fruit cup and 3 curly fries plus a bottle of water (300 cals).. for supper i had a lean cuisine (260 cals) and for snack i had fruit for (180 cals)plus i burnt 400 cals on DDR.. and im bout to burn like 400 more!.. i ate a lot today but i was soo hungry.. plus i had a lot a lot of water when i got home from school.. plz comment back

you did not eat enough veggies, or enough calories. you need 1200 calories minimum(though experts say you should eat even as high as 1500-1800 minimum for a healthy diet.) it's just that you r body needs more to run off of than that, and it will start breaking down your muscle mass which will slow down your metabolism if you keep it up and your body goes into starvation mode. plus, it's just not possible to get al of the required nutrients out of 900 calories.
