Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 210 - howw does this sound? For Breakfast i ate a SMALL bowl of cheerios with hardly any milk &2 strawberrys. then i worked out for an hour at the gym (burned 530 calories). Then i ate a salad, with ranch and croutons. For dinner im going to have lean turkey on wheat with some celery. CRITISCM?
