Ht. 5'2, Wt. 158 - To me I have always looked fat I know this isnt good self esteem but I still think Im fat people are always saying your not fat but when I dont like what I see in the mirror and Im uncomfortable about by body than I feel like its time for a change, last summer I excercised alot and lost 15 pounds by the end of the summer but t shocked me because I worked out so hard and only lost a little bit of weight and I knew why I didn't lose as much as I should have its because of the FOOD!! !I don't know what it is but I just cant beat my cravings Im so weak so now this the last time of me saying " Your gonna lose more weight" because I really want to and its time for me to be more responsible and stop giving into my cravings if anyone has anytype of help that they can give me please reply thanks :)!

i think a support system is helpfull. like whn you get cravings emailing them so the can talk to you and help you by being supportive. if you need one email me at lexypie2332@hotmail.com

As far as your cravings try not to buy any junk food when your family goes to the market and ask your friends to encourage you not to snack when you hang around them and dont spend your money on junk also. Try snacking on fruit instead or chewing sugarless gum. And getting motivated is the key point if your motivated then you wont snack. Good Luck
