Ht. 5'4", Wt. 159 G:120-125 - okay since i did bad today, here is my goal for tomorrow...... a bowl of Kix for breakfast. a 100 calorie pack, a yogurt, and a water bottle for lunch. and tomato soup for dinner. i am going to try not to have a snack after school because once i eat anything after school i cant stop until i eat dinner. so is this a good goal to live up to tomorrow? im not to sure if i will be able to do it though...wish me luck =] ♥
