Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 210 - Guys, i know its hard but you dont really have to count calories. Yeah you have to watch what you eat, but if your really serious about losing weight, all you have to do is cut out ALL junk food, and drinks. My brother was overweight, he only drinks water, and eats stuff that are healthy for him. Alot of fruits and veggies, and of course meat, and other stuff. He doesnt eat chips, cake, cookies, candy, not even popcorn! he hasnt had a soda in about a year, and even though hes healthy and at a healthy weight, he still doesnt touch it, beacause he knows its just bad for you! If you dont want to get one of those diseases, or diabetes just stay away from the stuff! also a [tip][[[[Get snacks and such ready before hand. if your going to school, the night before get some snacks, or something like a salad ready. so when you get home, if your hungry you have something healthy too eat, and itll be easier to eat it then give int o cravings :)]]]]]

I mean hell make 3 sandwhiches and eat them all, because hes healthy, and is excersizing alot..mostly with basketball. so i would encourage you to find a sport you love!
