Ht. 5'4", Wt. 159 G:120-125 - so today this is what i had to eat...breakfast- a bowl of Kix cereal w/ 1% milk. Lunch-100 calorie pack, a strawberry-banana yogurt and a water bottle. Snack-Apple and 3 grapes, 2 sponge cookies [100 calories together] and a water bottle. Dinner- this type of chicken thing [260 calories] a water bottle, and some peas. i am going to go out on my trampoline before it gets dark, and 50 crunches before bed. what else should i add/remove from this or is it good? thanks...much love...~brittney~

oh i ment the 2 sponge cookies we 100 calories together. not the apple....my bad.

I just wanted to say that I think Laura is incorrect in saying cruches don't burn calories. Everything you do burns calories... maybe not as much as cardio but if your moving you're burning calories.

I'm sorry to brake this but your food is good....try to have less carlories in everything...so you can eat more. But the exercise is not enough....crunches don't burn cals...try cardio....the trampeline is okay...but cardio is better. Good Luck!!
