Yeah I was watching Oprah lol and she said that you should take atleast 20 minutes when you eat a meal, don't just golf it down..you have to eat slowly and savor every bite of food. It was on the episode "Why French women don't get fat"

Ohhh and if you eat some but stop before you're full... like eating until you're satisfied but not full, you'll be cutting a few calories which helps. You may want more... but there's a difference between wanting and needing. Thinking about that makes me stay on track, too.
