Ht. 5'10", Wt. 215 - i know this question has probably been asked a billion times but is drinking a lot of water really supposed to help you loose weight- i hardly drink any- i stick to diet soda and crystal light- the "taste"(i know- water has no taste) is so gross to me
Reply from teresa, Age 14 - 03/23/06 - IP#: 69.85.150.xxx Ohh if your looking to lose weight (obviously thats what this site is for..) I would suggest staying away from diet soda, its just as bad as soda, it has all the chemicals that regular soda does! If you really really dont like water, try ice tea maybe? (not the kind you buy) or just tea! Good luck!
Reply from Britney, Age 16 - 03/23/06 - IP#: 209.158.139.xxx Yes water is very helpful for you to lose weight because it boostses your metabolism slightly and also it has no calories whatsoever so you can drink it all day. Water also gives you good benefits also such as keeping you full, clearing your skin, and also flushing out your system. If you dont like water then you maybe able to try flavored water or unsweetened tea which is not as good as water but is a good substitute other than soda and sugary juicesr. I hope this helped yo. Goog Luck

Reply from Joy, Age 15 - 03/23/06 - IP#: 24.164.52.xxx I found a site for you... (http://www.betterwayhealth.com/drinking-water.asp) It provides some info on the health benefits of drinking water and some info about how it helps you lose weight.
Reply from Joy, Age 15 - 03/23/06 - IP#: 24.164.52.xxx Yes, if you drink a lot it fills you up & you won't be hungry as much. You need it to be healthy, too. It helps your organs & such work better. Also... I've heard that it helps you "stay regular" if you get what I'm saying. I suggest googling it on Google.com... you'll probably find a lot of info that way.
