Ht. 5'10", Wt. 215 - just a little tip- low fat yogurt isn't very good for your- i eat "light" yogurt every morning for breakfast and it is a really good fat burner- it increased my weight loss- the light yogurt also has much less calories and fat and carbs than low fat and regular yogurts.

well if your not consuming massive amounts of calories then its fine. it gives you fiber and keeps you going

yup thats right..i have a Yoplait Light Yogurt every day for lunch, and it is so much better than a regualr or low fat one.
