Ht. 5'10", Wt. 215 - just a little tip- low fat yogurt isn't very good for your- i eat "light" yogurt every morning for breakfast and it is a really good fat burner- it increased my weight loss- the light yogurt also has much less calories and fat and carbs than low fat and regular yogurts.
