Well you have to make the commitment first and say goodbye to your old eating habits. Once you are committed then you will be motivated it can be hard but you just have to stay motivated if you really want to lose weight. Dont try to change everything at once thats a major misyake. Instead try to eliminate foods one at a time and get used to drinking water. Once you have the eating right part down then thats when you want to start exercising lightly or whatever you feel up to. Which may be a mile walk or light jogging or an aerobics tape but never do to much that it kills you to exercise.Do what you are capable of and what you enjoy. Then as weeks go past step up the exercise and start eating even healthier from there you can now measure your progress and start hoping on the scale and see how much you lose per week. GOOD LUCK !
