Ht. 5'6, Wt. 166 - Hey I lost a couple more pounds.. I'm wondering if it's coz I'm sick and not eating alot really.. But I'm not starving myself! I just have no appetite at all.. so when my sickness is gone will the couple pounds I lost come back on? or will they stay off if I just eat really healthy?

yea i lost like 10 pounds when i was sick ur apetite just went down but i gained it all bac cause i went bac to my regular eating ways

Itll probably go back on, unless like you said your eating healthy, but it still might go back on, and then youll eventually lost it again :) Hope you feel better<3
