Ht. 5'2", Wt. 215 - So today I (throughout the day) I had 3 half sandwiches (you know, when you fold the bread over) anyway they consisted of: wheat bread, 2 w/ turkey and 1 w/ (i don't know how to spell it) bolonnie(sp) I know that's so wrong. I had a medium sized bowl of veggies..how do you think i did? Ugh i really don't know how to put meals together.

Try Chicken instead of Turkey....Chicken is very good.
It's easy to put meals together, mix and match...try doing something with beans kidney beans, garbanzos.
Here look at this site--> http://www.whfoods.com/foodstoc.php pick out some favorite foods and put them together and wala you will create a tasty and healthy meal! lol
