Once you lose the weight, if your still not doing this 3 x a day, youll gain some of it back. Maybe you should push everything to one part of the day, it might also make it easier because you wont have to worry about it the rest of the day. Also when you get older you might have a job, and be busy with school, itll be hard to get all that in that way, but hey i think it still sounds great, as long as you keep up with it. good luck!
Reply from teresa, Age 14 - 03/24/06 - IP#: 69.85.150.xxx yeah get a whole bunch of stuff that you KNOW is good for you, like yogurt, granola bars, and fruits (you can even cut up strawberrys and put them in indivual baggies ready to go :) ) and put it all in one place, and when you wanna snack, go there, and no where else, so you dont come along the junk food! As for excersize, if you really really want to lose weight, i would suggest joining a gym, or play a sport with your friends, take a walk with a friend..etc. Good luck!
